The daily rates are €380.00 per night during the off-season from November 1st to March 31st. In the pre-season from April 1st to May 31st and from October 1st to October 31st, the cost per night is €410.00. During the peak season from June 1st to September 30th, the rate is €570.00 per night. Additionally, there is a final cleaning fee of €320.00.
A 30% deposit of the total accommodation price is required upon booking. The refundable security deposit of €1,500.00 and the remaining balance are to be paid 30 days before the start of the vacation to the designated account. You will receive a written offer from us detailing all prices. Upon request, an invoice can be issued after the vacation.
The refund for cancellations requested up to 60 days before the start of the vacation is 100%. For cancellations requested up to 30 days before the trip, you will receive 50% of the total trip cost back. Unfortunately, for all other cancellations, we can only refund the cleaning costs.
The pool heating offered by us consumes a significant amount of electricity; to be fair to all tenants, we charge a flat rate of €15 per day for the use of the heating. This allows everyone to decide how much electricity they want to use and how much comfort is important to them.
The “Ecotasa” tourist tax is NOT included in the booking price. It must be paid in cash on-site to the manager and is forwarded directly to the Guardia Civil. The tax is calculated as follows:
HIGH SEASON May 1st to October 31st: €2.40 per person per day, from the ninth day of stay, €1.20 per person per day.
OFF-SEASON November 1st to April 30th: €0.60 per person per day, from the ninth day of stay, €0.30 per person per day. Minors under 16 years old are exempt!
For forwarding to the Guardia Civil, we also need the exact number of guests as well as a copy of the ID card of each person. Please send these to us by email about 7 days before the start of the trip.
Check-in is available from 4:00 PM. On the departure day, the house must be vacated by 10:30 AM, supervised by the manager. Please understand that we need this time, along with a two-person cleaning team, to prepare everything for the next tenant. In agreement, luggage can be stored in the house from 11:30 AM on the day of arrival. During this time, you can do some initial shopping in the nearby town center or enjoy a meal at one of the local restaurants.
